These terms cover the We Heart Homes KC New Lead Alerts text message program, operated by Emanuel Thomas Blando PC, doing business as We Heart Homes KC. Effective October 29, 2026.

Program description

New Lead Alerts sends text messages from (816) 307-2104 to members of the We Heart Homes KC team when a new real estate lead arrives, plus reminder texts when a lead has not yet been contacted. The program is for our internal team members only. It does not send messages to clients, leads or the public.

How to opt in

Team members opt in by texting YES to (816) 307-2104. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated alert texts at the mobile number you texted from.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with lead volume. New lead alerts can arrive at any hour. Follow-up reminder texts pause overnight between 9pm and 7am Central time.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

How to opt out

Text STOP to (816) 307-2104 at any time to stop all messages. You'll receive one final text confirming you've opted out. To rejoin, text YES or START.
