We had no idea how aggressive the housing market is right now and how many other bids we would be up against with every offer we put in. Elizabeth has been AMAZING! She is aggressive and would not take no for an answer when the selling agent was adamant about not wanting to take a VA loan. Elizabeth got the selling agent to reconsider our VA loan and got us the house! And while she was gone, her teammate Lexi met us to view homes at the last minute and drove across town on a dime to help us get offers in on the homes we liked. I cannot thank Elizabeth and her team enough for the personal care that was taken in getting us the right home in the right place.

Buying a house can be super intimidating.. especially when you're a first time home buyer. We were, but this experience was flawless and not as intimidating as I anticipated. We've heard how hard it can be from so many different people, but experiencing it for ourselves was the total opposite.. and I would like to say it was because of our realtor, Amber McCracken! What started off as just asking her a few questions about buying a home led to her literally walking alongside us in this whole process. She never made us feel pressured about doing anything. She is so optimistic. Instead of taking no for an answer for anything, she bossed up and said let's figure it out a different way. The original property we wanted was an immediate no go and as a first time home buyer I was on the brink of crying. My tears immediately dried up when I looked at her, she hugged me and said "We can figure out another way!" That was her whole attitude this whole process. She's super personable & truly has a heart for people. If you're a first time buyer or even multiple homes buyer — we highly recommend her! Thank you Amber for your love and care for our family! In an extremely challenging seller's market, she skillfully negotiated the buyer UP $15,000 on an "as-is" offer—despite it being the only offer on the table. I was thrilled to get the call from her that the counter had been accepted! This isn't not luck -- believe me she puts in the hard work.

Hands down 5 stars. We just went through our first home buying process with Elizabeth. There were many rough patches thrown at us by the seller but Elizabeth fought for us in every step of the process and me and my fiance have a home that we love. Elizabeth is very patient motivated.
